Delivery
Product Development – Single Cavity Chocolate Moulds
The process begins with a detailed 3D visualization of the chocolate mould, allowing you to review shape, dimensions, volume, weight, and cavity details at an early stage. Upon request, we provide 3D CAD files and can also produce food-safe 3D-printed prototypes for form and fit validation.
If revisions are required, clear and continuous communication ensures smooth development. Design changes are efficiently handled via email, virtual meetings, or on-site consultations supported by specialized software. Once the design is approved, single-cavity mould samples are produced, enabling you to evaluate chocolate release, surface finish, thickness consistency, and demoulding performance.
Construction
After approval, we proceed with the technical mould design phase, including detailed engineering of cavity geometry, draft angles, venting, alignment features, and layout planning. Comprehensive mould drawings are prepared to ensure optimal chocolate flow, cooling, and ease of cleaning.

Tool Manufacturing

Production
