Terms and Conditions
1. GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made by 3D Printings. They supersede any conflicting
terms in buyer purchase orders. Any amendments to these terms must be made in writing and signed by
authorized representatives from both parties.
2. DELIVERY
3D Printings strives to meet quoted delivery dates but is not liable for delays or failures in delivery. All
shipments are made F.O.B. our facility, and prices exclude customs duties, GST, shipping costs, and
insurance. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon the carrier’s pick-up. Lead time will be as per
mentioned over the email. If the buyer chooses to pick up their order, they release 3D Printings and the
carrier from any liability once the item is collected.
3. DAMAG
If products arrive damaged, the buyer must keep all packaging and notify both the carrier and 3D Printings in writing within three business days. Damage should be noted on the delivery receipt. If a
product is visibly damaged, the buyer should refuse delivery and contact 3D Printings immediately.
4. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT
Prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without prior notice. All applicable taxes are the
responsibility of the buyer and will be reflected separately on invoices. All orders require prepayment.
5. SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the safe use of products and to protect themselves and others
from potential hazards. 3D Printings is not liable for any injuries resulting from the use of its products.
6. MATERIAL/MANUFACTURING DESCRIPTIONS
All Material details, including specifications and weights, are estimates. Minor variations do not
invalidate the purchase. If any changes made in manufacturing process or material, we will update you
prior production.
7. ASSIGNMENT
This agreement cannot be assigned or transferred without written consent from both parties.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This document represents the complete agreement between the parties. No changes are valid unless
documented in writing and signed by an authorized representative of 3D Printings.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
3D Printings is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its website
or products. Liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for their order.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All materials on the 3D Printings website are protected by intellectual property laws. Customers
guarantee that any designs submitted do not infringe on third-party rights and agree to indemnify 3D Printings against any claims.
